Senior Learning and Enablement Manager

  • Hybrid
    • Farringdon, Greater London, United Kingdom
  • L&D

Job description

The Senior Learning & Enablement Manager is a manager-player role, with approximately 50% of time focused on strategic direction and people management, and 50% focused on hands-on design, facilitation and delivery of enablement and training.

The role owns the end-to-end design, implementation and optimisation of learning programmes that empower teams to maximise their impact, spanning product knowledge and commercial best practices. They are responsible for cultivating a culture of continuous learning, aligning enablement with key business outcomes, and ensuring Patsnap teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge to thrive.

The Senior Learning and Enablement Manager sets the direction for training and enablement across departments, while also being an active practitioner. This means personally designing learning experiences, creating training content and resources, facilitating live sessions, coaching learners and ensuring programmes translate into meaningful changes in skills, behaviours and performance.

The role manages a small team of enablement specialists, owns the budget and roadmap for learning platforms, and reports directly to senior leadership on L&D performance and progress. Success in this role requires someone equally comfortable setting the strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver it.

This is a hybrid position in our London, UK office with the expectation to work from the office 1-2 days per week. You are welcome to work out of the office more often if you wish!
